Welcome

Hi,
Welcome to the new Vegan Bodybuilding blog. In this blog we’ll be having bits about what to eat, training, fitness & other things both old & new related to physically improving yourself. We’ll be adding video in few weeks, both interviews with the cream of vegan strength & athletics, through to people who’ve made changes to lose weight & overcome illness, we’ll also have training clips, routines & guides. We’ll also lead you to interesting training sites that although not vegan run, may have something to offer.
